By purchasing on the website, it is understood that you have read the exchange policies & agreed upon the same before checking out. We have done our best to display the products as accurately as possible with respect to the colors of the garments. 

However in the unfortunate event of the garment looking different from what was expected, no cash refunds can be provided. 

Returns and refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances for any customer:

• On plus size garments ( 3XL, 4XL and 5XL )
• Customized outfits

Domestic ( Within India ):

• In case of size inaccuracy, please write to us at info@radheyscouture.com ( Only Email ) with images, within 7 days, with your order number, full name, address and the size change that you require. 
• If the item is accepted for exchange then the customer has to bear the reverse pick up charges in case of exchange.

International : 

• No Returns or Exchange Applicable on International Orders.

EASY  EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a exchange:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with tags in place and returned within 7 days
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from only our website.

 

Shipping

• The customer has to bear the reverse pick up charges in case of exchange.
• No exchange Or refunds on products purchased on Sale
• No exchange Or refunds on products purchased on Kids
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges can be processed only once per order
• Pre-paid orders can’t be canceled once placed. There are no refunds.
• There would be no refunds in case of any delays due to natural calamities, or unseen delays in logistics.
• All the purchases will be non-refundable.
• Incase of a pre-paid order and the customer refuses to accept the delivery No refunds would be issued for the same.
